Pre retirement, Rose was an Endorsed Nurse working for Geelongs's biggest employer The University Hospital Geelong ( formerly known as Barwon Health which has various Aged Care facilities in the District) Rose worked as well in the Psyche wards and Dementia Units. Rose worked in The Casual Bank in her last 5 years of work and has clinical experiences in various areas, but spent most of her time in Aged Care. Rose was also working as Lifestyle staff ensuring the residents are entertained with activities, good music, reading materials, games and movies. For care and fun events, call Rose.

Gaye's background is in Housing the vulnerable homeless in Far North Queensland while living in Cairns, assisting First Nations folk into finding accomodation for themselves and their families.
